Neptunia OC - Red Heart Rouge prototype

I know there's a couple Red Hearts out there, but I figured I'd give it a shot with my own version. Everything is subject to change though since I'm really undecisive about everything i've came up with so far and the parts I used in Kisekae are placeholders or whatever since some parts of it are not what I have in mind currently. Image made in Kisekae cause I have no other way to create her.

The CPU of AGI (another gamindustri) Lowee, Rouge. (considering that they're going crazy about dimensions now, I figured why not)

Profile:
weapon of choice - yoyo (human), morning star (HDD)
likes - figures, disks, smoothies
dislikes - rumors, cruelty

Despite how she looks, she's actually a very important figure in her dimension's Gamindustri, saving the whole world from the Great Depression after the mistreatment and fall of Tari's last CPU. She has since founded and built the nation Lowee, quickly gaining shares and support soon after. Despite this type of success, she's also had some miscomings that have depleted some of her shares. She is currently at war with her world's Iris Heart and her nation Planeptune, both nations fighting for the most shares. She thinks Iris Heart's been saying slanderous things about her, but it might not be true.

She's rather friendly and lively, but comes off as childish sometimes. Despite this, she tries to get the adoration of her people from time to time. She explores Gamindustri during her freetime, wandering into dungeons most of the time. She also goes treasure hunting in these dungeons hoping to find the fabled Trianglepow, which may or may not exist.

In her HDD form, she is more chivalrous and rash, and rather hard headed. She speaks in ye olde english while in her HDD form, much like the knights in old fantasy books. Although her weapon doesn't look like it, her yoyo packs quite a punch that is said to be strong enough to destroy boulders. Her yoyo becomes a morning star when she goes HDD, which hurts just as much as her yoyo if not alot more.

Given, this profile probably sucks as of now, but it'll probably change in the future. As well as her personality. Some suggestions on what I should change would be nice, though the Lowee parts stand since she's basically based on the Famicom. I know we have V Blanc for that but if Plutia can get HDD parts that represents the Dreamcast while an actual Dreamcast rep is in another world, why not the same with the Famicom?
